It’s always nice to get away from it all for a day trip or a weekend, isn’t it? And it can be great to hit-up a big city for a spot of shopping and sight-seeing in the day-time, and evenings grabbing dinner and drinks or watching a theatre show or concert.
For many of us, London has everything we could want for a mini-break (except, of course, Wales’ beautiful beaches and magnificent scenery). But whilst England’s happening capital may only be a few hours’ away from south Wales, trains can be extortionate – especially if you don’t qualify for a railcard – and driving to the city can be a very difficult and stressful experience, not to mention the overpriced cost of parking there!
With this in mind, many of us look at coaches to take us to London and back: but most coach journeys have loads and loads of stops and take hours and hours! Fortunately, transport company FlixBus has launched a brand new electric coach that runs along the M4 and connects London to Newport.
